These Chugach cultural belongings are housed at the Berlin Ethnological Museum. They were acquired by Norwegian ethnologist Johan Adrian Jacobsen on his expedition to the southern coast of Alaska between 1881-1883. Jacobsen acquired 482 items from the Copper River and Prince William Sound during his time in Alaska.
