Looking Back on Subsistence: Interviews with Elders of the Chugach Region

The work presents a summary of the information gathered from interviews with Elders at Nuchek, Port Graham, Nanwalek, Tatitlek, and Anchorage. The information focuses on subsistence hunting and fishing practices as well as traditional methods of preparing and consuming the harvest.
