Polly Meganack, photographed in the house where Patti McCormack is living now. In the hanging photograph, Angelina Roehl (Sawden) is pictured in her Navy uniform, with her graduation photo included in the bottom left of the frame. Polly Meganack is wearing a hat that she crocheted herself. Once the women were married, they always covered their head and hair. Some women changed the tradition so that they only covered their head when going to church, but all married Elders kept their heads covered all the time.

"And she [Polly] still shows up there [in spiritual form] trying to check on her kids and grandkids. Once in a while when I used to stay there I used to hear pots and pans moving around and she [Polly] used to peak in the bedroom doors to see if the kids and grandkids were there yet.
