Raymond Eric Clock:  Fur at tip of sleeves could be sea or land otter.

William Smith:  Because of the hair at the cuff thinks it might be sea otter.

John Johnson:  Fringe like this is common among Alaska Natives, just as it is among Indigenous peoples of the lower 48.

Pamela Smith:  Has the same fly marks as (ID Number: IV A 6519) might be a suit that goes togethers.

Tatianna Turner:  Might not have every day use; could be ceremonial.

Pamela Smith:  Agrees it could be ceremonial.

Tatianna Turner:  Tassels were painted.

Pamela Smith:  Gives the feel of Caraboo, doesn't think it can be moose.  Reminds her of the Stick people of the Chitna region; upper copper river. Tassels remind her of that region; what people there wear.
