A collection of accounts of traditional life in Nanwalek told by community members and collected by the students of English Bay Elementary/High School.

Volume 1 features a collection of accounts of life in English Bay broken into two sections: the first section is titled "About English Bay," and the second section is titled "Sugcestun Stories and Tales." The stories and historical accounts in the book come directly from community Elders and members. The volume also contains a Moonin family tree, a regional timeline, and photographs of the region.

Volume 2 features a significant section that is dedicated to medicinal plants in the region and their traditional uses. This volume also includes discussion on a wide array of topics, including traditional scary stories, old beliefs, old music, skin boats, old games. traditional housing, trails, outside cultural influences, water treatment, traditions in the Orthodox Church, and traditionl recipes.

Volume 3 features stories that cover a wide array of topics, including roots, traditional Easter practices, seal hunting, more traditional stories, fishtraps, and a survey of artifacts discovered in the region.
